July 1, 2011 Are there any vampire/romance books where the woman or girl is the vampire?
Question:
I have seen and read twilight and watch vampire diaries sometimes but I am not a psycho-freak about vampires. But I would like to read a vampire romancein which the girl is the vampire. Does anyone know of any?

The Evernight series by Claudia Gray.

Jacamary is wrong about Let the Right One In. In the novel, Eli is actually a male who has had his genitals removed before he was made a vampire – the movie made it appear he could be a girl, although without ever really saying. In the movie, Eli tells Oskar “I’m not a girl”, which if you’ve never read the novel, you would think he means, “I’m a vampire, not a human girl”, when in reality, he means “I’m not human, nor am I a girl”
