Interest in paranormal?

Question:
If you are interested in the paranormal and love to go to haunted places and share pictures and stories than please join the International Association of Paranormal Enthusiasts. Right now we are a small group but we hope to generate a lot more interest as I know there are many enthusiasts out there. Please check out our site and consider joining so that you may be a part of an association with a great respect for the spirit world.

I am also looking for members who are interested in contributing to a monthly newsletter.

Here’s our site: http://www.geocities.com/spook1105/iapehome.html

I also think it is more than ridiculous that people find it necessary to make childish comments. Yes, our website is not amazing but we have to start somewhere. If you read this post and are not interested that’s fine but please be respectful.

Writing a book- Love interest needed?

Question:
So I’m writing something about 5 girls who have to overcome some difficult obstacles to become friends. I’ve started writing though, and it’s lacking action. It’s more of those internal conflicts with not too much running around and actually doing things. I was considering something the other day, but I’m not sure if it’s the right way to go- give the main character a love interest. Now, I’m not much of a romance writer or reader. I read Twilight and that’s pretty much my romance fill. Then again, it’s kind of clouded with vampire and other mythical creatures.
Do you have any suggestions? Just so you know, it’s a time travel story which makes me even more positive that I shouldn’t have a crush in it. But I really feel I need to get something interesting in there and that’s exactly it! Plus, even if I don’t think it’s the best right now, I’ll probably fall in love with the idea soon and never get it out of my head and have it ruin the whole thing. Any suggestions? What do you think?
Just to let people know, I do have a plan for this. It is very well planned out, but there are some gaps of time that I want to fill. The 5 girls aren’t all against eachother. It’s more like a two against two with one in the middle.

Teens, would this romance novel interest you?

Question:
I had to write a romance novel targetting adolescents and teenagers for my modern literary arts course. Im pretty nervous about handing it in. Here is a summary of the novel, tell me if u find it interesting.

Basically its told from a dual first person. One chapter its from the guys point of view, and the next the girls point of view (every chapter alternating). The guy is from 400 years into the future. He is part of a mass assembly of robots designed to travel into the past. Him along with the other artificial intelligence team must wait till they are activated. When they are they will travel to the exact spot at the exact time a global crisis will occur (dont want to get into details about that crisis) and prevent it. In the the mean time though, he must wait until hes activated. He has full human emotions and personality. WHile waiting to be activated he meets and falls in love with a girl from that time. She is in love with him back but he tries his best to keep away from her because he knows once he is activated he will leave her forever. So he can’t be with her. I know the whole “forbidden love” thing has been done but i think it works best. Since he constantly avoids her, she begins to grow a love hate relationship for him. Within the story there are many small stimuli in the story as well. For example the first thing she tells him is that she loves blue roses and that comes into play later. I dont want to reveal the ending just incase their is any copycats out there,

thanks!
