About three things I was absolutely positive:
First, Edward was a vampire.
Second, there was a part of him–and I didn’t know how dominant that part might be–that thirsted for my blood.
And third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him.
“I’D NEVER GIVEN MUCH THOUGHT TO HOW I WOULD DIE– I’d had reason enough in the last few months –but even if I had, I would not have imagined it like this. . . . Surely it was a good way to die, in the place of something else, someone I loved. Noble, even. That ought to count for something.”
When Isabella Swan moves to the gloomy town of Forks and meets the mysterious, alluring Edward Cullen, her life takes a thrilling and terri… More >>

if you think this book is bad, it is because yu are a sad, lonely person with nothing better to do except criticize an absolutely AMAZING book. the only reason you would is because you wish you were in Bella’s shoes. you would have an amazing boyfriend whoa adores you and is willing to give you whatever you want. and WHO CARES if Bella Swan means beautiful swan?? edward means wealthy or kind guardian. Stephenie picked those names for a reason. and Edward is NOOOOOOTTTTTT just a pretty face to bella. and i quote,
JESSICA: he is so gorgeous. i mean, just LOOK at his face!
BELLA: he is NOT just a pretty face. thereis much more to him than that.
or something along those lines.
and not mentioning any names, *couch big M O cough cough*
but edward is NOT perfect nor does he thimk he is.
and so whta if they sparkle? you would lik eit if you did.
nuff said.

First let me tell you I have not read this book and I don’t entend to.I am however an avid reader. From experance I can tell you that any story that is 500 pages long has to be full of page filler.Long drawn out conversations,Detailed descriptions of places and Items. No matter how good the main story is you have to wade through all this usless filler to finish it.I have found that any book that is well written is never much longer than 300 pages.

nothing like a mormon to do what’s been done before. is there anything new here? no no and no. and if a mormon can write about bloodsucking sex, then maybe the mormon church shouldn’t be hating on the guy who created the mormon missionary calendar.
however, that said, mormons are a lot like mormons, sucking off society and taking credit for everything that’s already been created, said and done. one review i read said that this book upheld “mormon values.” ok, great. so comparing mormons to vampires is no problem given that both mormons and vampires suck everything around them dry…stephanie meyer has insisted that she hasn’t seen a number of famous vampires on tv. IMHO…yeah right!
