I just want to say that I’ve read everything that you mentioned as well as the above two comments. Hunger Games is good, but not an adult supernatural. It’s more teenager.
City of Bones (part of the Mortal Instruments Series) is really good, but again it’s more teen and not too supernaturally-vampires, werewolves, etc.
I just wanted to point that out because all of these are really good and I’d recommend them, but they don’t fit your criteria.
Most of those listed above are Youth. If you really want Adult – try the Fever Series, the Immortals After Dark Series, Midnight Breed Series, or the Hollows. All really good.

well the hunger games is amazing. but its not too supernatural. its in the future sorta. Its REALLY good

Vampire Academy series by Richelle Mead (i know its a YA but is really good and worth the read)
Black Dagger Brotherhood series by J.R. Ward (adult)
Midnight Breed series by Lara Adrian (adult)
And i have just started The Nightwalkers series by Jacquelyn Frank

The House of Night series is amazing… I have Vampire Academy, Hunger Games, and City of Bones on my “to read” list.
